On Saturday 15 August David Millar was exalted to the Holy Royal Arch Degree by the Companions of St Molios No 893. At the meeting, Grand Superintendent Robert Wilson bestowed upon St Molios Scribe E and Past Provincial Grand Chancellor the rank of honorary Provincial Grand Scribe E for his ten years of exemplary work within the province.
