On Saturday 2 May 2026 St Molios No 893 hosted the annual convocation of the Provincial Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Argyll and the Isles. It was the first time St Molios had been given this honour and we were pleased to welcome the Province into our chapter, along with John Stewart, PGM of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Argyll and the Isles, four Grand Superintendents—Gordon McAlpine, Lanarkshire Middle Ward; Ross Fleming, Linlithgowshire; Walter Archibald, East Lothian; and Colin Johnstone, Dumfriesshire—and Robert Harvie, Depute Grand Superintendent of Lanarkshire Upper Ward.
We were also pleased to welcome a deputation from Supreme Grand Chapter, David Ure, Jim Turnbull and Jack Brown.
