St Blane Royal Arch Chapter No 163 from Rothesay on the Isle of Bute came over to put their candidate through his Mark Affiliation and Excellent Master degree on Saturday 17 June. The candidate was Paul McIlroy, bother of John McIlroy, a past First Principal of St Blane. Our friends and companions from Saltcoats and Ardrossan Royal Arch Chapter No 223 visited us too, so all in all it was a superb afternoon of Royal Arch Masonry on Arran.
